NO ILLEGAL, PIRATED OR DECEPTIVE SOFTWARE. IF YOU HAVE PIRATED OR ILLEGAL COPIES OF SOFTWARE ON YOUR SYSTEMS, LOSE IT OR DON'T EXPECT US TO SUPPORT IT. HOWEVER, WE WILL HELP YOU GET YOUR SYSTEMS LEGAL AND KEEP THEM THAT WAY. TO USE SOFTWARE THAT THE MANUFACTURER / DEVELOPER DID NOT GET PAID FOR IS STEALING OR IS THEFT BY DECEPTION. WE WILL NOT HELP ANYONE STEAL OR DECEIVE. NO AMOUNT OF MONEY IS WORTH IT.

We will support other company's software and work with their technical support staff to eliminate your hassles. We will work with other companies hardware and with their technical staff, again to eliminate your hassles.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.  Many times there is nothing wrong with your equipment, just some little bit of information you can gleen from us to help use it more productively.

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, PAYPAL, CASH, or CHECK.  There will be a $30 charge for returned NSF checks.
